Multifamily Community With 5+ Units
PNM wants to ensure there are sufficient chargers for their multifamily community customers. Access rebates and resources when you install EV chargers for resident use through our Easy Install method. Your Program Authorized Contractor will install Level 2 chargers and complete the application to make it easy for you to receive a discount of up to $5,000 per charger port.
Income-Qualified Community
Multifamily communities that meet eligibility requirements can receive rebates through their chosen Program Authorized Contractor. The PNM Easy Install method offers a rebate of up to $10,000 per charger port for qualified communities.

If you are considering driving an EV and want the convenience of charging it at home, PNM has rebates and resources to take the guesswork out of ensuring your EV is fully charged.
Multifamily Community With 5+ Units

Program Authorized Contractors are licensed electricians, trained on the details of the Transportation Electrification Program. Their knowledge of the program makes installing your charger easy by completing the application, providing you with a rebate, and taking the guesswork out of installing a charger.
